Lord of the S'mores

You are not the only troop out here.

Troop 13 has been in these woods before you. They run a tight operation: quarterly memos, specification sheets, a lot of cookie money, and field sites nobody is supposed to find.

Your scouts keep finding their paperwork, scattered across every map. Collect it, pin it to the Evidence Board, and start putting together what Troop 13 has been doing to the animals.

  • A Troop 13 quarterly memo for Region 4, stamped 'Receipts: not available' and signed by Finance, with a muddy paw print in the corner.
  • A field badge specification, 'Applied Wildlife Optimization': mix the batch, feed the batch, do not name the animals. Someone has added in pen: no seriously, they are not for friends or pets.
  • A clipboard from Station F-2 in the Forest: subjects fed at dawn; the foxes now steal as teams and the squirrels have gone nuts. Logged as intended behavior.
